Description: *SAMSUNG USERS* Enabling Accessibility causes TalkBack to also become enabled. To fix: Settings -> Accessibility -> TalkBack Settings, uncheck the sound options. Go back to System Settings -> Application Manager -> scroll across to All -> Disable Google TTS and Samsung TTS applications.
